Pinnacles Classic - Report

It was a pleasure to drive out to Gold Creek Road again, such a beautiful hidden corner of Brisbane, narrowing down as you wind further up the valley and the trees close in. Lots of local walkers and runners on the road too, even before the sun rose - lucky them. Lots of return faces at Pinnacles this year, and lots of new facs too with numbers doubling to over 60. Results here, pics below

    This was a fantastic event and really well organised - despite the pain I had a great time and it was a pleasure to run in such a fun and friendly group. Many thanks to all involved in the organisation and preparation of the course and event as a whole, you did a great job and I cannot think of one point for improvement. Well, other than perhaps a grader run over some of those hills.. “The Brute” in particular would be a prime candidate……………. :S
