Because of this congruence of landscapes, the geology of Auburn is quite diverse. One spot that really stood out to us was the Lake Wilmore Trail. This is a trail that includes asphalt walks, rock hops, and log balances. It ensures that any runners who use it will keep on their toes, but also enables them a calm, smooth path when needed. The Louise Kreher Forest Trail is the perfect sightseeing running trail that grants you access to the backwoods of Auburn.
