On a cool day Barry Keem was first down the hill to Jenolan Caves in 3:23:13, with Matthew Robbie second and Queensland’s Neil Labinsky and Don Wallace third and fourth. First woman home was Vanessa Haverd in 4:00:30, followed by Suzanne Kelly then Dearne Fulcher. 760 runners finished inside the 7 hour cutoff, with 56 making the trip from Queensland. Well done all for keeping up the hard training through summer, and thanks to Digger for organising group transport and accommodation for many of us.
